I've got a great recipe coming your way later this week, but in the meantime I wanted to share some of what I've been cooking and doing in the past few weeks!
Two weekends ago I made pork sirloin with a mushroom cream sauce and roasted brussels sprouts. The sauce was decadent and just what I was craving.
I spent the weekend in the Hamptons at one of my best friend's bachelorette parties. This was my first trip to the Hamptons. I would like to say that it was no big deal, but the homes and beaches really are stunning.
And then I came home on Sunday to find my husband in the kitchen making me a healthy and delicious dinner. He made a farro, arugula, and fennel salad (here is the recipe), two types of sausages, and roasted zucchini. Now I just need to convince him to cook for me more often!
And then last night I joined other runners in Central Park for a jog in memory of the Boston Marathon bombing victims.
