This week was relatively low-key, and I even forgot to take an official 18 week photo, so we'll keep this post short and sweet.
Here's what's happening with Baby Riley this week:
- Baby Riley is the size of bell pepper and weighs almost 7 ounces
- He/she is moving his arms and legs more frequently
- At this point, it is possible to distinguish the baby's gender
And what's happening with me:
Weight Gained: We'll know in 2 weeks, but I'm guessing around 7-8 pounds.
Maternity Clothes: I've been wearing my maternity jeans more frequently. I can still wear most of my non-maternity shirts.
Workouts: Continuing to work on strength training, core and posture exercises at the gym and working out 5 days a week.
Symptoms: A rounder belly!
Food Aversions/Cravings: No cravings this week that I can think of!
Sleep: Having a snoogle is definitely helping me to sleep on my side. I've been trying to sleep on my left side in particular because it is recommended that pregnant women sleep on their left side to improve circulation.
Looking forward to: Our anatomy scan next week!
